Key responsibilities & impact

Support prospective students throughout the admissions and enrollment process
Provide reliable, prompt, and high-quality assistance
Maintain admissions records with the highest level of accuracy
Drive initiatives to improve prospective students' experience
Build strong relationships with the Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) and job centers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in German and English (C1+ in both)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Empathy and the ability to inspire candidates about new opportunities
Comfortable making phone contact; sales experience is a strong plus
Proven attention to detail, especially in data entry and documentation
Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a big plus)
Comfortable testing and adopting new technical tools
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with public institutions
Willingness to represent StartSteps at information events
