Trainer – SAP EWM
StartStepsTrainer delivering SAP Extended Warehouse Management training programs in partnership with SAP. Focusing on student engagement, curriculum development, and collaborative educational experiences.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Train and support the students in their daily sessions.
- Craft engaging and interactive teaching materials, including slides, to support effective learning and mastery of SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
- Engage in close collaboration with internal teams and our partner, SAP, to pinpoint precise educational needs and adapt teaching content and methods to meet these requirements.
- Regularly update and refine teaching materials to incorporate the latest developments and insights in SAP technology, enhancing the educational value for students.
- Work in harmony with other teachers to provide a unified and enriching educational experience, guaranteeing a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management.
- Proven track record as a trainer is a must.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in the context of technology education.
- Deep understanding of SAP and familiarity with industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptive and responsive to feedback, with the ability to adapt to evolving program requirements.
