About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Train and support students during their daily training sessions.
Develop engaging, interactive teaching materials, including slide decks, to facilitate effective learning and mastery of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and our partner SAP to identify precise learning needs and tailor course content and instructional approaches accordingly.
Regularly update and refine teaching materials to reflect the latest developments and best practices in SAP technology, enhancing learning value for students.
Work collaboratively with other instructors to deliver a cohesive and enriching educational experience, ensuring a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP, specifically SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing.
Proven experience as a trainer is required.
Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably within technology education.
Deep understanding of SAP and familiarity with industry best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsive to feedback and adaptable to evolving program requirements.
