About the role

  • Train and support students during their daily training sessions.
  • Develop engaging, interactive teaching materials, including slide decks, to facilitate effective learning and mastery of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and our partner SAP to identify precise learning needs and tailor course content and instructional approaches accordingly.
  • Regularly update and refine teaching materials to reflect the latest developments and best practices in SAP technology, enhancing learning value for students.
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors to deliver a cohesive and enriching educational experience, ensuring a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP, specifically SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience as a trainer is required.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably within technology education.
  • Deep understanding of SAP and familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Responsive to feedback and adaptable to evolving program requirements.
