About the role
- Train and support students during their daily sessions.
- Develop engaging and interactive teaching materials, including slide decks, to facilitate effective learning and mastery of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing and Extended Warehouse Management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and our partner, SAP, to identify precise training needs and adapt content and teaching methods accordingly.
- Regularly update and refine instructional materials to incorporate the latest developments and best practices in SAP technology, enhancing the learning experience for students.
- Work in coordination with other instructors to deliver a cohesive and comprehensive educational program, ensuring a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP, specifically in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing and Extended Warehouse Management.
- Proven experience as a trainer is required.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably within technology education.
- Deep understanding of SAP and familiarity with industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptive and receptive to feedback, with the ability to adjust to evolving program requirements.
