About the role
- Manage a portfolio of instructor-led online programs for career changers in Germany.
- Oversee the development and implementation of course curricula and learning materials.
- Recruit, contract, and onboard program trainers.
- Manage trainers throughout the programs with regular check-ins.
- Lead operations prior to program kick-offs, including admissions, student onboarding, and contract execution.
- Manage operations during programs, including program administration, reporting, and ad-hoc problem solving.
- Support students during the program through regular check-ins.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, including the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) and Jobcenter.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to align the program with students’ needs during and after the programs.
- Maintain program compliance with AZAV certification.
- Ensure an excellent student learning experience through supervision, communication, and organization of trainers and students.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the education sector (ideally an ASAV-certified provider) with a proven track record in program management and implementation.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and the ability to take a program from concept through launch and growth.
- Strong ownership of processes with a proactive interest in improving ways of working.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a reliable, precise, and structured approach to work, and an affinity for digital processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, minimum C1 level in both languages.
