About the role
- Operations & deal management as the central point of contact for notaries, bank advisors and founders.
- Guide customers from onboarding through to successful completion.
- Maintain processes in HubSpot and ensure complete documentation.
- Reporting for the internal team and executive management.
- Expand the network and proactively identify potential customers.
- Actively acquire new partners to influence success and commissions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management, bank clerk or legal administrative assistant).
- Ideally, initial experience in sales or operations.
- Strong closing skills when handling cold outreach.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and external partners; excellent communication skills.
- Structured work approach and strong organizational skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge, ideally with HubSpot or similar systems.
- Very good German and English language skills.
