About the role

  • Operations & deal management as the central point of contact for notaries, bank advisors and founders.
  • Guide customers from onboarding through to successful completion.
  • Maintain processes in HubSpot and ensure complete documentation.
  • Reporting for the internal team and executive management.
  • Expand the network and proactively identify potential customers.
  • Actively acquire new partners to influence success and commissions.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office management, bank clerk or legal administrative assistant).
  • Ideally, initial experience in sales or operations.
  • Strong closing skills when handling cold outreach.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and external partners; excellent communication skills.
  • Structured work approach and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic CRM knowledge, ideally with HubSpot or similar systems.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
