About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with key aspects of the Starr Companies’ (re)insurance company regulatory and licensing compliance function
- Complete and track (re)insurance company license applications and registrations

- Liaise with state insurance departments on information requests
- Support the Reinsurance Counsel with affiliate reinsurance contracts
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree
- 3-5 years of related regulatory/licensing experience within the insurance industry or legal experience preferred
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Strong research, writing, analytical, project management, organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency conducting online legal and insurance related research
