About the role
- Comprehensive care of patients with highly complex nursing needs
- Implementation and evaluation of evidence-based nursing concepts, especially in intensive care
- Independent responsibility for complex nursing assessments and interventions within the scope of advanced nursing practice
- Promotion of evidence-based nursing practice, coordinating and taking on extended responsibilities within the nursing process
- Support, advising and training of the group's nursing teams
- Promotion of team-oriented, interprofessional collaboration among professions involved in the care process
- Support for the nursing management in establishing a scientific quality circle within the organization and contributing to the Intensive Care specialty group
- Planning, leading, conducting and evaluating development projects to ensure and optimize the quality of nursing care in intensive care
Requirements
- Completed Master’s degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (APN), Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Nursing Science or equivalent qualification
- Specialized training in intensive care and anesthesia desirable
- Professional experience in intensive care nursing
- High professional and methodological competence in patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and in multiprofessional teams
- Enthusiasm for innovative further development of nursing structures and processes
