About the role
- Expert care of patients, as well as preparation and assistance before, during, and after surgical and diagnostic procedures
- Preparation and follow-up of the workstation
- Support of the organizational team through floater duties
- Qualified and professionally proficient operating-theatre assistance
Requirements
- The applicant must be medically fit to perform the duties of the profession
- Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or an equivalent, completed school qualification
- Lower secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) or an equivalent school qualification, together with a successfully completed vocational training program with a planned duration of at least two years
- Certification/authorization as a nursing assistant or a successfully completed state-recognized training of at least one year in nursing assistance or geriatric nursing assistance, or another equivalent qualification
