About the role
- Ability to produce exceptional work for clients both creatively and effectively
- Ability to conceptualize and rollout creative ideas/solutions that effectively communicate strategy
- Maintaining client brand guidelines and standards
- Ability to work directly with client and team to build relationships
- A digital-first art director who is curious about the latest technologies and best practices

- Ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile, deadline-driven environment
Requirements
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates innovative integrated work: video, social, digital, display, OOH, print, collateral, experiential
- Experience designing brands, from look/feel through brand guidelines
- Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years with an advertising or design company
- Experience within Tourism, Higher Ed, Healthcare and B2B/Tech a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including XD; Premiere and After Effects a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work within a team with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation skills
