About the role
- Experience in translating HR and Payroll processes into technical requirements for Workday, configuring requirements in Workday
- Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases
- Ability to interpret business problems into system solutions, ensuring system functionality is reflective of business and people policies
- Comfortable and confident in working with large volumes of personal and sensitive data
- Workday reporting experience, Reporting, Metrics, Analysis, or similar
- Help identify process effectiveness and efficiency opportunities
- Provide support to other functions for HR systems/platforms, which could include Human Capital Management, Onboarding, Performance, etc.
- Support on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems
- Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's.
- Ensuring the system is intuitive for employees and managers
- Documenting system processes and access, and ensuring this is maintained accurately
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator and team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to work with autonomy.
- Workday configuration experience
- Knowledge of Workday reporting, integrations, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of excel and EIBs
