About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate leads and pursue new client opportunities
Develop strong Centers of Influence and network to develop new business opportunities
Complete and review the large client survey to gather all pertinent information
Develop and maintain active expiration lists through internal and external sources
Achieve trusted advisor status with clients
Conduct renewal strategy meetings
Provide input on renewal premium negotiations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven record of servicing a book of business with at minimum $500K in revenue
Producer license is Mandatory
CIC, CPCU, AAI, or AIS designations preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a relative field preferred, or equivalent in work experience
Sales experience, preferably in Insurance; commercial property and casualty or related business-to-business sales experience
Willingness to continue education is essential
