About the role

  • Provide expert advice to customers on all aspects of tiles
  • Prepare estimates and quotations for property owners and contractors
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular on-site visits
  • Persuade customers and generate orders

Requirements

  • Commercial training in wholesale/foreign trade or equivalent education, or relevant professional experience
  • Experience in field sales or as an outside sales representative is an advantage
  • Solid experience in selling construction materials is desirable
  • Valid driving license (Class B or equivalent) required
  • Strong communication skills in dealings with customers and suppliers
  • Excellent team player with experience in an SME (small- to medium-sized enterprise) environment
  • Ideally, an existing regional network in the construction and building materials sector
