About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and develop team members through mentoring, feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and other practices that promote individual growth and well-being
Monitor the results of the teams under your leadership, considering product metrics, performance and budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in IT or related fields
Experience leading technology teams
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Experience with agile methodologies
Knowledge of, or experience with, code quality and software architecture
Knowledge of, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts
Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes
