About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform analyses, cross-checks and organize data to support decision-making.
Maintain and monitor existing dashboards, reports and automations.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data and technology.
Support the creation of analytical solutions and automations using various tools.
Participate in the structuring, validation and monitoring of KPIs.
Collect, clean and prepare datasets.
Collaborate with different teams to understand requests and translate needs into practical solutions.
Test new tools, artificial intelligence features and ways to increase efficiency in daily workflows.
Document processes, analyses and initiatives developed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience or exposure to data analysis and manipulation.
Knowledge of Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards.
Knowledge of SQL for queries and data extraction.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
Analytical, organized and problem-solving oriented profile.
Good communication and ability to turn complex information into clear insights.
Genuine interest in understanding the context behind the data.
Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in professional daily work.
Nice to have: Knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automations.
Experience with Power Automate, n8n or similar tools.
Experience with system integrations and automated workflows.
Experience using AI to generate analyses, automations or improve productivity.
Participation in academic projects, internships or initiatives involving data analysis and problem-solving.
