About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update the company's registration as a supplier with clients to enable the start of the billing process;
- Support in following up on Purchase Orders (PO) with clients, ensuring the proper progression of billing;
- Assist in sending duplicate copies of invoices to clients;
- Provide general support to the billing team for day-to-day operational tasks;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Proactive profile, attention to detail, and willingness to learn;
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and familiarity with automation applications using Artificial Intelligence will be considered a plus.
