About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct meetings with construction companies across Brazil, presenting the solution in a consultative manner.
- Manage the sales pipeline, monitor metrics, and ensure predictable results;
- Lead negotiations and closings focused on monthly targets;
- Prospect new leads and opportunities through multichannel approaches (social selling, cold calls, emails, AI, etc.);
- Oversee initial post-sale follow-up, ensuring a positive experience during the first months;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales, managing the full sales cycle;
- Experience in the construction sector, engineering, or selling to industry players;
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.);
- Availability for occasional travel;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
