About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle incoming requests via chat and ticketing system, with a focus on quality and effective resolution;
- Analyze and resolve product-related queries;
- Create and maintain technical articles in the knowledge base;
- Perform system tests to diagnose errors and validate solutions;
- Maintain a digital mindset, be curious about new technologies, and have an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or in-progress degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Previous experience in customer support within support environments;
- Experience with support tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar platforms;
- Experience with technical documentation and producing content for a knowledge base;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
