About the role

  • Structure and execute high-quality training programs and call reviews, analyzing interactions from SDRs, Sales, and Expansion teams to identify loss patterns, conversion bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;
  • Design and deliver practical trainings and role plays based on real operational data, focusing on pain diagnosis and objection handling;
  • Perform performance analysis and link commercial data to enablement initiatives, ensuring real impact on conversion, sales cycle, and revenue;
  • Create, maintain, and evolve sales playbooks, call frameworks, objection guides, and negotiation support materials, ensuring alignment with team execution;
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, Sales, and RevOps, using CRM and enablement tools to align commercial messaging and monitor performance;
  • Explore the use of Artificial Intelligence for call analysis, sales simulations, content creation, and accelerated training;
  • Demonstrate a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or commercial training;
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms;
  • Experience in B2B sales;
  • Ability to provide technical feedback, lead development conversations, and operate in goal-oriented environments focused on revenue predictability;
  • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
  • Diferential:
  • Prior knowledge or experience with legal platforms, legaltechs, or solutions for the legal market.
