About the role

  • Support team members through mentoring, feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and other practices that promote individual growth and well-being;
  • Monitor the performance of teams under your leadership, tracking product metrics, team performance, and budget-related aspects;
  • Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with particular attention to the technical growth of the teams;
  • Work closely with development teams (backend, frontend, and mobile), supporting decision-making and ensuring proper technical alignment across areas;
  • Encourage and guide the use of Artificial Intelligence in the teams' day-to-day work to achieve gains in productivity, quality, and delivery speed;
  • Align with stakeholders on results, goals, and the status of the teams;
  • Identify and implement improvements or innovations in work models and organizational structure;
  • Maintain a digital mindset, with strong curiosity and practical application of new technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related fields;
  • Experience leading technology teams;
  • Knowledge of software engineering, acting as a facilitator in architecture and quality discussions, ensuring technical decisions align with business objectives;
  • Experience with agile methodologies;
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (backend, frontend, and mobile);
  • Knowledge of SaaS software models is a plus.
