About the role
- Define and evolve the product vision for the Accounts Receivable journey, connecting business strategy with the real needs of construction companies, real estate developers and land developers;
- Act as the primary business authority for financial matters, continuously evolving features related to receivables management, monetary indexation, delinquency and mortgage financing;
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing customer value, business impact and technical feasibility;
- Conduct discovery processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, focused on operational efficiency and customer value creation;
- Translate complex needs into clear, scalable solutions, working closely with technology and design teams;
- Oversee development deliveries to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with real estate market rules;
- Monitor product and business metrics, using data to inform decisions and prioritization;
- Partner with areas such as Support, Implementation and Sales to ensure the best customer experience;
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment within the squad;
- Support launches and communications of new features together with the Product Marketing team;
- Monitor product usage in production and lead continuous improvement initiatives;
- Explore new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Education: degree in STEM, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar;
- Solid experience as a Senior Product Manager, with work on financial products (collections, credit, billing or receivables);
- Knowledge of financial processes such as cash flow, contract management and collections operations;
- Familiarity with banking integrations (such as boleto (bank slip), CNAB and PIX);
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management;
- Knowledge or interest in financial concepts such as interest, amortization (Price, SAC) and monetary indexation (INCC, IGPM, IPCA);
- Ability to understand and structure financial rules within systems;
- Interest or experience with applying Artificial Intelligence to digital products;
- Knowledge of amortization models (SAC, Price, and SACRE/SACOC to be developed), interest calculation and monetary indexation (INCC, IGPM, IPCA);
- Understanding of interest calculation and application in long-term contracts, including installment systems and the evolution of outstanding balance;
- Experience with monetary indexation applied to the real estate market, including rules for transitioning between indices over the contract term;
- Knowledge of real estate receivables structures, including down payments, intermediate installments and financing;
- Understanding of the evolution of outstanding balance over the contract lifecycle;
- Processes for transferring receivables to financial institutions;
- Understanding of delinquency rules, including fines, default interest and indexation;
- Experience with debt renegotiation and restructuring;
- Ability to translate complex financial rules into scalable system logic within an ERP.
