About the role
- Build the product vision based on the business strategy and break it down for a multidisciplinary team (developers and designers), aligning and motivating everyone in executing activities;
- Maintain a prioritized backlog for the short, medium and long term aligned with the company strategy and informed by continuous analysis of various information sources (e.g., NPS, Support, contractual customer requests, etc.);
- Keep the squad informed and engaged with the objectives;
- Analyze backlog requests and hypotheses and lead discovery activities, defining success metrics and documenting outcomes to start the delivery process;
- Oversee the development of functional specifications according to agile development standards: convert specifications into user stories, prioritize based on value delivery, plan sprints, clarify questions, participate in team ceremonies and perform the final validation of developed features;
- Monitor the progress of deliveries and communicate with the relevant company areas about released features;
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to prepare materials for product launches;
- Build the foundation for product documentation;
- Monitor product usage in production using appropriate monitoring tools and evaluate results against pre-established success criteria;
- Communicate the product vision to other departments and companies within the group;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration;
- Extensive experience in product management;
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Experience in the real estate market / compliance / tax reform;
- Knowledge of product and business metrics;
- Experience in data analysis to support decision-making;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
