About the role

  • Deliver effectively by solving problems with critical thinking and innovative ideas, contributing to the sustainability and continuous evolution of the product;
  • Work autonomously in planning and executing tasks, supporting the team and mentoring more junior developers when needed;
  • Actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from feature conception together with the product team to implementation, maintenance, and versioning of solutions;
  • Develop solutions with attention to scalability, performance, code quality, security, and software architecture;
  • Adopt and use Artificial Intelligence tools in the development process to support code writing, review and improvement, problem analysis, and productivity gains, always with critical judgment, technical responsibility, and alignment with the team's best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Java 11+ and the Spring framework;
  • Solid experience with JavaScript-based ecosystems/frameworks/libraries (Angular 8+);
  • Experience using microservices;
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database;
  • Familiarity with software best practices such as Refactoring, Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, etc.;
  • Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
