About the role

  • Data architecture and engineering: Design and evolve scalable data architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Lakehouse), developing and orchestrating robust and efficient ETL/ELT pipelines (query and ingestion execution and optimization; pipeline construction and orchestration; and definition of corporate data architecture and standards);
  • Data processing, analysis and insights: Ensure data is processed and available for analytical consumption, supporting the creation of dashboards, exploratory analyses and integration with predictive models and data science solutions;
  • Use of Artificial Intelligence and data automation: Apply AI and automation to optimize data engineering activities, including extraction, cleansing, auditing and data controls. Develop scripts, automations and integrations with LLMs and AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, MCP, AI-enabled IDEs such as Windsurf or similar), progressing toward structured use of ML models and intelligent solutions applied to data architectures and pipelines;
  • DevOps, governance and data quality: Apply best practices for versioning, CI/CD and data governance, ensuring quality, security and reliability of information across the data lifecycle;
  • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with SQL and Python;
  • Building data pipelines, orchestration tools and data architecture concepts (DW, Data Lake, Lakehouse);
  • Experience with version control and CI/CD using GitLab;
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence applied to data engineering, including LLMs, MCP, prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools (such as Windsurf or similar);
  • Experience with ALM tools (e.g., Jira) and consuming REST APIs;
  • Knowledge of or interest in AI technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
