Operations

• Own and maintain the demand forecast across DTC and retail channels with minimal oversight
• Build, run, and maintain statistical forecasts using planning tools and historical data
• Continuously improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias by channel, customer, and SKU
• Identify drivers of forecast error, proactively surface risks, and recommend corrective actions
• Incorporate promotional activity, marketing plans, and NPD milestones into forward-looking forecasts
• Translate approved demand plans into high-level supply and procurement strategies aligned with lead times, capacity constraints, and business priorities
• Partner closely with the Supply Chain Analyst on inventory health, risk reviews, and disposition planning
• Support allocation and balancing of inventory across distribution centers
• Identify potential stockout or overstock risks early and collaborate cross-functionally on mitigation plans
• Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready materials for monthly S&OP and leadership meetings
• Turn complex and messy datasets into clear narratives, dashboards, and visuals leadership can act on
• Clearly communicate risks, opportunities, tradeoffs, and recommended actions
• Help establish a disciplined, reliable monthly S&OP cadence that leadership trusts
• Continuously improve reporting structure, cadence, and clarity as the business and data maturity evolve
• Leverage planning tools, automation, and data storytelling to elevate decision-making across the organization

Manager, Sales and Operations Planning

Graphics Designer

• Design and execute graphics for in-store visual merchandising, including endcaps, shelf trays, store signage, seasonal displays, PDQ’s and more, identifying opportunities to innovate in-store storytelling and shopper engagement.
• Translate brand strategy and marketing initiatives into compelling visual merchandising designs tailored to each retailer’s guidelines and limitations, ensuring all designs align with brand standards and integrate seamlessly with retail and consumer-facing experiences.
• Develop and own product planograms and mockups that clearly communicate design intent to be presented back to company leadership and retailers.
• Stay current with retail, beauty, and fashion trends to push creative boundaries.
• Partner with the Creative Director of Design and the Director of Copy to maintain consistent brand storytelling across all retail displays.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior 3D designer on graphic applications for custom end caps and bespoke retail displays.
• Work directly with the retail sales (Revenue) team to meet deadlines, pitch concepts, and refine designs based on retailer feedback and owning project management workstreams with that team.
• Leverage project management and communication tools (Asana, Slack) to maintain strong project management and communication lines open and proactively keep track of priorities and timelines.
• Assist with product packaging design including design explorations as needed for collaborations and/or new products and occasionally updating existing artwork.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director of Design and Senior Graphic Designer on all product packaging exploration and systems.
• Prepare production-ready mechanical files with accurate dielines, material specs, and color callouts.
• Oversee color accuracy and print quality across multiple substrates and formats.
• Review prototypes, printed samples, and help guide displays through final production.
