Interest in technical writing, instructional design, or knowledge management
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, user-friendly content
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, Github, Docebo, or similar is a plus
Experience with video editing or content creation tools is a bonus (e.g., Camtasia)
