About the role

  • Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining product documentation
  • Support the development of training materials, including written guides and video content
  • Help improve knowledge management systems, including content organization and discoverability

  • Participate in content audits and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to standardizing documentation and content processes

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Interest in technical writing, instructional design, or knowledge management
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, user-friendly content
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, Github, Docebo, or similar is a plus
  • Experience with video editing or content creation tools is a bonus (e.g., Camtasia)
