Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and implementation of Stardog’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph and Voicebox solutions for our customers.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, on-time and on-budget delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and providing clear communication throughout the project.
Handle multiple concurrent projects, driving continuous improvements in processes, and ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing support.
Enable customers to realize the full value of our solutions while working remotely.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience
Overall 10+ years of enterprise project management experience in B2B SaaS
Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects is a strong plus.
Extensive knowledge of project management standards, software, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various project management methodologies and life cycles.
Proficiency with project management software (Rocketlane, Certinia, Wrike, Netsuite, Smartsheets etc)
Proven experience collaborating with top-tier Global System Integrators (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young (EY), Accenture)
Exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty.
Demonstrated experience leading project teams of solution architects, consultants, and developers.
Demonstrated experience driving adoption through achieving business goals and innovation.
Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
PMP certification is a plus
Travel requirement 10-20%.
