About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Partner Resources specialist teams and cross-functional partners to advance US priorities and deliver business outcomes
- Provide PRO partnership across the US Coffeehouse PRO leadership team, bringing a customer-focused lens to every interaction
- Equip Partner Resources teams with insights to solve problems and make informed decisions by synthesizing, and sharing data, analysis, and insights
- Partner in team priorities by aligning PRO tools and plans to deliver simple, effective solutions
- Embody Starbucks Mission & Values and create moments for partners to win together as one team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Human resources generalist or specialist experience with aspiration for growth
- Two or more years partnering with or supporting a department or team
- Proficiency in Excel
- 1 year of consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management
- Knowledge of local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands effectively based on business needs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to adapt and operate as an optimistic change agent
- Proven ability to quickly establish effective working relationships
