Requirements

10+ years of program management experience
3+ years leading governance, risk and compliance programs
Proven success managing large, cross-functional programs
Familiarity with GRC processes and frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, SWIFT, SOC 2, ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF)
Experience managing deployment and integration of technical or security solutions
Hands-on experience supporting compliance initiatives
Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset
Ability to anticipate compliance risks
Experience applying organizational change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
