About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use internal job tracking software to create and send invoices to clients/client services in a timely manner
- Communicate with Client Services and customers regarding all billing matters and needs
- Process remote deposits and electronic receipts
- Track changes and preferences by individual customers to ensure accurate invoices
- Assist with any invoicing corrections
- Assist customers with questions regarding payment method/questions
- Assist with job reconciliation questions in order to final invoice
- Assist with cash application process and questions
- Assist in coding and entering credit card information into internal systems
- Assist with special projects regarding audits, reconciliations, and process of procedure
- Look for and implement areas of process improvement to create more efficient processes
- Other duties as required to meet business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in a related role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
