About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a column of in-person patients each day
- Handling communication before, during, and after appointments
- Adhere to standards of care set by Medical Director
- Establish a relationship link with patients for continuity of care
- Complete clinical tasks such as vitals and intra-oral scans
- Provide education to patients on treatment options
- Assist with troubleshooting treatment plans
- Support medical and dental providers with patient pass offs
- Send orders to labs with proper documentation
- Maintain accurate patient charts and notes
- Complete scheduling and patient payment duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relationship-driven and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Medical field education and experience appreciated but not required
