About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement cost and price updates across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage and maintain margin performance by product and selling system
  • Monitor and report on customer pricing tiers and pricing effectiveness
  • Execute promotional strategies, including loyalty and membership program pricing
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and pricing analytics
  • Support pricing strategy decisions through ad hoc analysis and insights
  • Partner with merchandising, sales, and vendors to align on pricing execution
  • Evaluate competitive pricing and price elasticity to optimize margin and volume
  • Contribute to the development of tools, models, and best practices in pricing analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or another analytical field (preferred)
  • Experience with pricing systems, AS400, or pricing logic frameworks (preferred)
  • Experience with SQL or similar database technologies (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability (preferred)
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently (preferred)
  • Experience working in merchandising, pricing, or retail environments (preferred)
