About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead governance and coordination of RFPs, contracts, renewals, and strategic customer programs
Manage reseller governance processes including pricing, rebates, supplier/GPO fees, and compliance oversight
Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Risk, Sales, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution
Support implementation readiness and operational onboarding activities
Monitor operational, contractual, and financial risks while driving issue resolution and escalation management
Prepare executive-level communications, reporting, and recommendations for leadership
Maintain governance documentation, reporting tools, and operational playbooks
Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in supplier diversity, strategic program management, procurement, operations, pricing, or related business functions
Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with contract governance, pricing structures, operational processes, or enterprise customer support preferred
