About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Create and publish engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target B2B audiences across multiple platforms.
- Manage and grow social media channels both organically and through paid media in partnership with external agencies.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, traffic, leads) to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, sales, and merchandising teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers and influencers while actively engaging with audiences and responding to inquiries.
- Develop editorial calendars, define KPIs, and manage budgets to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven record of campaign success
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office
- 2+ years’ experience with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Express or video editing software for short-form video, graphics, and branded content.
