About the role

  • Work closely with the Program Manager and Field Account Executive to coordinate implementation of managed programs and communicate program requirements at a detail level.
  • Support Account Services Managers in the development and execution of program/client collateral and web initiatives.
  • Maintain client relationships and partner with field sales while supporting internal ASM for accounts, promoting teamwork, accountability and strong communication.
  • Ensure programs meet targeted expectations for sales forecasts, projected margins, SKU count, marketing plans, and media budgets; participate in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Shadow ASMs in project management, inventory management, marketing direction and overall customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of internal systems and processes; address operational procedures relative to client requirements and support client-related and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate and communicate information relevant to catalog production, database population, copy editing, product and department sorting, routing, proofing eStores and print pieces, sample tracking, and logistics.
  • Assist with activities related to client events and meetings including tradeshows, site sales prep, kitting and fulfillment projects, item selections, and client business reviews.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management, merchandising, program development, marketing or related business experience.
  • Strong "business" communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines.
  • Requires solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
