About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for structured acquisition and expansion strategies (warm and cold outreach).
- You optimize pricing, terms, and assortment logic based on data and develop relevant sales-driving levers.
- You initiate and implement partnership and co-marketing initiatives with internal teams.
- You represent Stapelstein® with relevant partners, at events and industry meetings.
- You ensure smooth processes and manage interfaces with logistics, production, and customer support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in Key Account Management, Commercial Partner Success, or B2B sales.
- Ideally in consumer-facing brands, lifestyle, design, family/parenting, or related industries.
- You are proficient with CRM systems and digital tools.
- You have excellent English skills; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
- You are willing to travel for trade shows, partner meetings, and in-person exchanges.
