About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are responsible for structured acquisition and expansion strategies (warm and cold outreach).
  • You optimize pricing, terms, and assortment logic based on data and develop relevant sales-driving levers.
  • You initiate and implement partnership and co-marketing initiatives with internal teams.
  • You represent Stapelstein® with relevant partners, at events and industry meetings.
  • You ensure smooth processes and manage interfaces with logistics, production, and customer support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience in Key Account Management, Commercial Partner Success, or B2B sales.
  • Ideally in consumer-facing brands, lifestyle, design, family/parenting, or related industries.
  • You are proficient with CRM systems and digital tools.
  • You have excellent English skills; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
  • You are willing to travel for trade shows, partner meetings, and in-person exchanges.
