About the role
- Create and maintain comprehensive product lists containing all relevant product information for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all product data inquiries across internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales).
- Coordinate with external product compliance service providers to conduct product testing and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure implementation of product compliance requirements for all relevant products and sales channels.
- Ensure and operationally manage compliance with global packaging regulations (EPR).
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy
- Interest in product quality, compliance, and data management
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Monday, product databases)
- Motivated to work in a collaborative, agile, and self-organized environment
- Willingness to engage with legal texts and product safety standards
- Curiosity and adaptability in dealing with changing regulatory frameworks
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of English
