About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the transition from CAD to Revit towards true BIM deliverables
  • Provide support and mentoring to BIM procedures and workflows
  • Set up projects for compliance with delivery and BIM standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams
  • Perform model audits and checks ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan
  • Conduct BIM coordination meetings with internal team and external stakeholders
  • Identify and assist in creating, management and organization of Revit families
  • Provide final check of all projects for quality assurance
  • Maintain good communication with engineers for timely job completion
  • Assist development and implementation of training programs for BIM applications
  • Document procedures and best practices for data post-processing and modeling
  • Provide troubleshooting and mentoring for Revit users
  • Help with pilot testing of new BIM applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office applications
  • Expert level of knowledge of BIM practices, standards, workflows and techniques
  • Understands MEP basics processes and AEC industry standards
  • Experience with a BIM execution plan and providing a detailed modeling plan
  • A clear understanding of a multi-disciplinary design approach and high-quality project delivery
  • Ability to define problems, evaluate options and make recommendations
  • Coordination and management of BIM models
  • Demonstrates effective organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem resolution, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Personal sense of urgency and initiative
