About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL), accountable for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Land Development discipline
Collaborate with Regional Delivery Leaders (RDLs) to ensure that technical excellence is embedded into project delivery, strategic pursuits, and business operations
Lead resolution of technical issues, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation and continuous improvement
Develop and implement a Technical Discipline Strategic Plan aligned with Infrastructure priorities
Drive adoption of digital tools, advanced engineering methods, and innovative delivery approaches
Support strategic hiring to address capability and capacity gaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
Typically 15+ years of relevant experience
Recognized technical expertise within an infrastructure discipline (Land Development)
Proven experience in complex project delivery and technical leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead across regions and influence without direct authority
