About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL), accountable for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Land Development discipline
- Collaborate with Regional Delivery Leaders (RDLs) to ensure that technical excellence is embedded into project delivery, strategic pursuits, and business operations
- Lead resolution of technical issues, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement a Technical Discipline Strategic Plan aligned with Infrastructure priorities
- Drive adoption of digital tools, advanced engineering methods, and innovative delivery approaches
- Support strategic hiring to address capability and capacity gaps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
- Typically 15+ years of relevant experience
- Recognized technical expertise within an infrastructure discipline (Land Development)
- Proven experience in complex project delivery and technical leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead across regions and influence without direct authority
