About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL)
- Responsible for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Geospatial discipline within the Infrastructure BOU
- Connects technical communities of practice to project delivery
- Drive the adoption of digital tools, advanced engineering methods, and innovative delivery approaches
- Participate in delivery governance forums to align on priorities, risks, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure appropriate technical expertise is applied to projects
- Support project teams by facilitating access to the appropriate technical capabilities across the discipline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
- Typically 15+ years of relevant experience
- Recognized technical expertise within an infrastructure discipline (Geospatial)
- Proven experience in complex project delivery and technical leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead across regions and influence without direct authority
- Occasional business travel required
