About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL)
Responsible for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Geospatial discipline within the Infrastructure BOU
Connects technical communities of practice to project delivery
Drive the adoption of digital tools, advanced engineering methods, and innovative delivery approaches
Participate in delivery governance forums to align on priorities, risks, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions
Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure appropriate technical expertise is applied to projects
Support project teams by facilitating access to the appropriate technical capabilities across the discipline

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
Typically 15+ years of relevant experience
Recognized technical expertise within an infrastructure discipline (Geospatial)
Proven experience in complex project delivery and technical leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead across regions and influence without direct authority
Occasional business travel required
