About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL)
  • Responsible for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Geospatial discipline within the Infrastructure BOU
  • Connects technical communities of practice to project delivery
  • Drive the adoption of digital tools, advanced engineering methods, and innovative delivery approaches
  • Participate in delivery governance forums to align on priorities, risks, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure appropriate technical expertise is applied to projects
  • Support project teams by facilitating access to the appropriate technical capabilities across the discipline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
  • Typically 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Recognized technical expertise within an infrastructure discipline (Geospatial)
  • Proven experience in complex project delivery and technical leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across regions and influence without direct authority
  • Occasional business travel required
