About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate their business needs into system solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and lead workshops
  • Model processes, identify pain-points and improvement opportunities
  • Elicit business requirements and assist with testing and organizational change management
  • Understand client needs and capture business decisions and requirements
  • Analyze business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop understanding of Oracle delivered business processes within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Conduct workshops to elicit business requirements
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate testing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task priorities as needed
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Able to work in a decentralized business model across multiple countries and time zones
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting etc. or similar ERP applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian, UKG
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in a large organization (preferred)
  • Experience with documentation and work tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
  • Experience building test cases and performing testing with tools such as QTest (preferred)
  • Experience with agile development practices (preferred)
  • Post-secondary degree, ideally related to Business or Management Information Systems
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
