Key responsibilities & impact

Support business development efforts
Organize and deliver electrical engineering work
Lead electrical design for commercial buildings
Assist in defining project scope and deliverables
Develop task-level work plans and budgets
Work collaboratively with project leaders and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in delivering electrical engineering designs
Experience organizing electrical design work
Experience mentoring junior staff
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset for an inclusive team culture
Working knowledge of project delivery fundamentals
Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards
Exceptional technical understanding of electrical building systems
Functional knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
