Lead multidisciplinary project teams
Own the successful delivery of complex healthcare projects
Lead electrical design for healthcare facilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Make sound technical and project delivery decisions
Work collaboratively with project leaders, architects, design partners, and contractors
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices
Conduct site visits and inspections
Prepare detailed design documents, specifications, and reports
Mentor and develop engineers and project leaders
Lead continuous improvement of project delivery processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in delivering electrical engineering designs within the healthcare sector
Proven success leading complex healthcare projects and multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated successful experience supervising, mentoring, and developing a unit or group of full-time employees (up to 5)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
Strong understanding and application of project management principles
Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (California building codes, HCAI/OSHPD regulations, UL, NFPA, IEEE requirements)
Current experience and familiarity with HCAI design for Acute and Non-Acute environments
Functional knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
