About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate concepts into clear technical documentation using Revit and visualization tools
Develop practical, technically sound design solutions aligned with project goals and client needs
Support site planning, entitlements, and approvals with civil and consultant teams
Direct and develop construction documents from schematic design through construction administration including plans, sections, elevations, & details
Evaluate materials options, and coordinate with consultant teams
Coordinate architectural documentation, including technical reviews, detailing, redlines, and interdisciplinary coordination
Mentor architectural team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and growth
Support code analysis, material evaluations, specification coordination, and technical research
Support bidding and construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field observations
Clearly communicate technical and design solutions through presentations and stakeholder coordination
Maintain technical quality, documentation accuracy, and constructability across all project phases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field
10+ years of experience in architecture and design, including 5+ years’ design experience focused on Advanced Manufacturing projects
Advanced Revit proficiency required
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, SketchUP, and other rendering tools a plus.
Excellent graphics, written, and verbal communication skills
Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process
Strong understanding of project documentation, technical detailing, and construction administration processes
Experience assisting with construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field observations
Ability to mentor teams and build collaborative working relationships
Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and effective in deadline-driven environments
