About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for supporting the design efforts in various market sectors focused on industrial projects
Mechanical Engineering systems and components: pumps, coils, heat exchangers, fans
Heating/Cooling loads calculations
HVAC equipment selections
Air and water plant distribution piping and ductwork sizing
Ventilation calculations
Pipe stress analysis calculations
CFD analysis calculations
Creation of drawings and specifications
Participating in site walks, code analysis, and project meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
6+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in an engineering consulting firm or similarly related industry
Professional Engineering license required
Developing knowledge of mechanical systems design
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
