About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Elicit, gather and analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications
  • Maintain and prioritize a global backlog of epics and user stories
  • Coordinate across scope, schedule, and budget, driving alignment and resolving ambiguity
  • Maintain a holistic view across multiple initiatives to have awareness of dependencies, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze data, user feedback, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments
  • Support digital solution operations and act as a first line of triage

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting business analysis activities in agile digital teams
  • Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
  • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Leverage a solid technical foundation, including understanding of software development
  • Analyze problems with strong attention to detail
  • Work effectively with development teams to translate technical concepts
  • Familiarity with engineering and geospatial tools (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley, Esri) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related science or engineering field
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or project management roles
