Proven experience building, leading, and managing high performing project teams
Demonstrated leadership competencies – act as a highly regarded leader, thought partner and a source of counsel and advice
Expert level understanding of all phases of project document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications
Mentoring and professional development of other personnel
Able to check the work of others for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule requirements
Participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought
Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving problems and potential risks
Thorough understanding of engineering concepts and ability to communicate ideas to others
Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills to effectively work and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external customers
Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Pipeline, Mechanical, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering & Licensed Professional Engineer.
Minimum of 25 years of pipeline design, project delivery, management, and leadership experience.
Project Management Certification (PMP) is an asset.
Experience in Project Management in an EPCM environment leading multi-disciplinary teams through design, construction, commissioning and closeout.
