Key responsibilities & impact

Work with guidance from a Senior Designer or Architect
Develop elevations, sections, 3D renderings, and architectural details for projects
Assist on innovative prototypes using sustainable products
Responsible for medium complexity projects
Inspire creativity and design excellence
Conceptualize building designs that meet client requirements
Develop designs using various visual formats
Utilize BIM technologies for modeling buildings and components
Provide leadership and mentorship on Revit
Maintain design intent through documentation and construction
Participate in design critiques and present designs to stakeholders
Evaluate building systems and materials
Implement sustainable design principles into projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field & Registered Architect
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a licensed architect
Ability to engage in creative and critical thought
Produce design at an excellent level
Hand sketch and communicate concepts effectively
Lead teams on medium size projects
Check work for accuracy and completeness
Interpret sketches, drawings, codes, and building programs
Present abstract ideas to clients
General knowledge of building construction systems and industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
Prefer experience with 3D Printer, Laser cutter
