Key responsibilities & impact

Quickly establish and practice effective working relationships with internal client groups
Proactively partner with clients to identify strategic issues and provide advice
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and present multiple perspectives
Provide strategic guidance and scale HR activities positively impacting culture
Facilitate trainings and develop HR-related projects
Foster continuous improvement mindset and look for opportunities to increase ROI
Collaborate within dispersed teams to present HR programs and initiatives
Work collaboratively with HR service representatives and talent acquisition

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
HR certifications such as PHR/SPHR/GPHR or SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP preferred
Proven influencer and collaborator
Developed skills in coaching managers, facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship management
Agility and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to identify and anticipate strategic and operational challenges
Exceptional communicator
