Key responsibilities & impact

Assist project teams with management and implementation of utility and renewable energy projects
Serve as assistant project manager on electric utility and renewables projects
Identify environmental permitting projects and opportunities
Assist in building and developing a team of high performers
Participate in regional and national industry groups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience with various Midwest state agencies and federal agencies
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience managing subcontractors performing environmental assessments
Demonstrated ability to work well with others
Experience balancing and organizing multiple projects
Ability to validate and analyze information
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in an environmental or natural resource related field
Five years of relevant work experience including two years in project management
